We asked the fantasy hair stylists to answer some questions about themselves. Here is what Dimples had to say.

How did you get your nickname?
I think it is pretty self-explanatory. I always wanted dimples but wasn't blessed with them, so I figured out how to make them... with pink sparkles to enhance them!
What is your professional background?
I went to school for fine art and photography, and then I went to cosmetology school. I trained under an amazing stylist known for his updo styling. Then I took what he taught me and moved to NY to show him what I learned. Learning fine art and photography helped me not only with the construction of my pieces, but also with producing things that photograph beautifully. My training at the salon definitely helped with my speed. All these things are very important
How do your hair designs reflect your personality?
My hair is exactly like my personality. It’s big, bright, playful and usually pretty girly with an edge to it.
Who or what is your biggest source of inspiration in your work?
Everything from candy, Barbie dolls and cartoons, to some dream I had last night.
How did you first get started in creating fantasy hairstyles?
I kind of fell into it. It started when I was making all my party outfits when I was younger. I was a goth kid, so I always needed to have crazy hair to complement my outfit! And things just evolved from there...
Who's your style inspiration?
I am not even sure. I guess I would say Barbie. She has everything!
Which celeb would be your dream hair model?
Christina Aguilera! Just so I could meet her, really!
What's your fav hair trend?
Hair extension. I love the fact that it is cool to have extensions, now no one looks at me like I’m crazy when my hair grows to 20 inches long overnight!
What's the biggest hair “don’t”?
HAIR FEATHERS! I would never let an animal suffer for my hair.
